Where are your soaps made?
Our soap bars are handmade in my home studio in Highworth, Wiltshire.
Are your products really natural?
Yes, our products are handmade with only natural ingredients derived from Mother Nature. They are free from artificial colours, fragrances, preservatives and detergents.
Are your products suitable for vegans?
Our soap bars are made with plant based butters and oils and pure essential oils. Our ingredients are cruelty free and our products are only ever tested on (eager) family and friends.
Do your soaps contain essential oils or fragrance oils?
We choose only to use natural essential oils in our soaps and no synthetic fragrance oils.
I have sensitive skin. Will I be able to use your soap?
Yes, most likely you will be able to use our products as they have been formulated with sensitive skin in mind and are incredibly gentle and soothing. We would always suggest avoiding any form of scent and trying our unscented and uncoloured bar, Au Naturel.

Do you offer the option for a pick-up collection service?
Sadly we are currently unable to offer the option for a collection service, though this is something we may look to do in the future.
Where is my order?
If it's been over a week since you received your shipping confirmation email, please Contact Us as soon as possible. We'll do our best to help you however we would always say to allow an extra few days for your order to be delivered, especially during busy times.
